ICE BASH 2010 JANUARY 29-31 - click here
The dates are set for this year's Ice Bash - an informal day at Snake Mountain, then two days at Smuggler's Notch with all the latest gear to try! Local climber Matt McCormick presents "NORTHERN REVIVAL" - a multi-media presentation of local testpieces rock, ice, and mixed. Bert Severin presents "SHOWDOWN" - Free clinic presenting scientific testing of the V-thread vs. the A-thread - hopefully ending this latest fad debate!

Guide's News

Ice season is on, and we're trying to get in as much personal climbing as possible in between guiding days. Alex is planning another trip to the Ruth Gorge in Alaska in late April, while Bert and Dustin are headed to Denali in May. After arriving late, the Vermont winter is here to stay, and most climbs in the Notch are in decent shape right before the holiday week. See you out there!
